[de]Ist der alte Hase im DJ Team. Seine langjährige Erfahrung (mittlerweile 30 Jahre) an den Turntables führten Ihn vom klassischen Vinyl über die CD hin zum digitalen Mixing. Zur Hochzeit des Metropl begann für Ihn das Interesse an Dance Music. Als geborener Berliner war das Metropol für Ihn in jenen Tagen so etwas wie das Zuhause an den Wochenenden. Dort bildeten sich auch erste Kontakte und Freundschaften zu den DJ’s des Ladens. Der Resident des Metropol betrieb in dieser Zeit einen eigenen Plattenladen, in dem Alles was gut, rar und sonst nirgendwo in der Stadt zu bekommen war, oft unter dem Ladentisch den Besitzer wechselte. Die Sucht nach Vinyl begann und hat seit dem nie geendet.[/de]

[de]Eine sehr breit gefächerte Auswahl an Musikstilen ist Ihm wichtig. Da geht fast Alles mit einer dennoch klaren Vorliebe für Vocal House. Aber auch klassischer Disco Sounds, Funk, R&B, Wave, Latin, Dance Jazz und PoP sind mit dabei. Wer sich scheut mal einen klassischen Gitarrenriff von Queen aus ‘I want to break free’ mit in die Performance einzuflechten, hat einfach nie erlebt, was das beim tanzenden Publikum auslöst, wenn es zur richtigen Zeit in der idealen Kombination mit aktuellem House passiert. Depeche Mode meets Kylie, Queen, New Order, Kelis, Donna Summer and joins Freemasons….[/de]

His interest in dance music was triggered in the early years of Berlin’s famous Metropl. As a born Berliner the Metropol was somewhat home on the week-ends to him. There the first contacts and friendship to the DJ’s developed. The resident DJ of the Metropol pursued his own record shop at that time, in where he could get records the where absolutely rare and not available anywhere else in the city, often sold under the counter. His addiction to vinyl began and has never ended since. A very broadly diversified choice in music styles is important to Him.[/en]

[en]Almost everything goes with a still clear predilection for Vocal House. But also of classical disco sounds, Dance, R&B, Wave, Latin, dance jazz and pop are present. ‘Who’s afraid to blend in a classical guitar reef of queen from Œ I want to break free ¹ into the performance, has simply never experienced what that releases with the dancing audience if it happens at the right time in the ideal combination with topical House’. [de]Als Resident in den Anfangsjahren des Connection ist er noch vielen Gästen gut bekannt. Seine Stationen führten Ihn ins Metropol, zu den ersten Gay T-Dances im Quartier Latain und er bespielte nach dem Umzug des T-Dances ins Metropol den Westside Club dort. Viele von Euch kennen Ihn sicherlich auch von diversen anderen Events wie dem FOLSOM Europe Strassenfest und den Partys der Spreebären. Ein paar Jahre in San Fancisco mit diversen Auftritten in dortigen Clubs haben ebenfalls ihre Spuren hinterlassen.[/de]
